CK+ DATA DISTRIBUTION END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. Scope of Use
- The CK+ dataset is provided for research and non-commercial use only.
- Commercial use requires separate written authorization.

2. No Redistribution
- You may not redistribute, sublicense, publish, or share dataset files with third parties.
- Each user must submit their own request and accept this EULA.

3. Privacy and Misuse Prohibition
- You must not attempt re-identification, profiling misuse, or any harmful use of dataset content.
- You must comply with applicable law and institutional policy.

4. Citation and Acknowledgment
- Publications or derived work must include proper citation/acknowledgment of CK+ as required by maintainers.

5. Security and Access
- Access credentials are personal and temporary.
- You must protect credentials and report suspected compromise immediately.

6. Termination
- Access may be revoked for EULA violations or policy violations.
- Upon termination, you must stop using and delete local dataset copies if requested.

7. Digital Signature
- By checking acceptance and typing your legal name in the request form, you digitally sign and accept this EULA.
